Jonathan Grossnickle is a lifelong Frederick County, MD resident with nearly 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience including spending 10+ years with a major regional homebuilder and development company where Jonathan was the Director of Operations and oversaw the construction of 300+ units per year including single family and multifamily products.  Jonathan is the President and Owner of Grossnickle Construction, a Frederick based custom homebuilding company.
